1. NO idea what to watch for here! Are there enough of these poor birds around that they truly need a sign to let people know to look out for them? Ha!
(Actually, I have since looked it up and it stands for "PEdestrian LIght CONtrolled Crossing." It is a type of pedestrian crossing featuring a pair of poles each with a standard set of traffic lights facing oncoming traffic. . . etc. . . . . . . Never mind, I'm watching for the birds!).
2. This sign was posted at the tip-top of the St Paul's Cathedral's exterior dome! Seeing a sign like that after we've just scaled a zillion stairs seems rather like we're permanently stuck there. The view is amazing, but I was planning to go home . . .
